Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include your tracking number and an estimated delivery date.

If you don't love your pieces, we happily accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery date. Items must be in their original condition (unused, unworn, and unaltered) with all tags and liners attached. We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase. Items marked final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Items purchased with a gift card will only be refunded directly back to the gift card.

We know carrier issues and delays can happen. if your order is showing as "Delivered” by the carrier, and you have still not located your package, and you have checked the area surrounding your delivery address please contact Support for assistance.

Please note, Plei is not liable for missing packages marked delivered. If you believe this was mis-delivered, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly. 

If the carrier’s tracking link for your order is not showing activity or movement for more than 5 business days, please contact Support for assistance.
